I'd look at any Japanese trailie, at that end of the price bracket you might be able to get a XT125.
Note that most 125s you'll get that cheap will need a proper rebuild before heading off on a very long trip like that, a proper strip back to the frame and have the head off the engine to make sure all is in order, new bearings, new chain etc etc. I watched a video of a couple going down Africa on CG125s a little while back and IIRC they only got as far as France before one of them had major mechanical problems because the bike wasn't well prepped, and they had to fly back to the UK to get parts because nobody near where they were in France had the bits in stock.
It follows to ask, if you can't afford to buy a good bike to start with, how are you going to afford to travel?
