I'm not sure what I really expected as a reply to this. I guess I was hoping for a miracle cure, but it was a long shot.
I'm 100% committed to this bike for my trip, but I have a niggling thought in the back of my mind, that I'm riding a bike that almost rules out long distance pillion travel. Probably the answer is to take it easy and in short bursts.
I'll look into the after market seats, but I'm loathed to spend this kind of money without even trying one, and that could be difficult, especially in the UK.
I think the length of the seat would be the main problem, and not sure of an after market seat would make any difference to this.
Anyway, thanks for your thoughts.
