If it's only under braking, two thoughts occur to me: 1) your clutch may be adjusted Ok, but if it is not lubricated properly the inner cable will drag against the outer sleeve. The bike might stall when you pull the lever when braking because at those times the drag would have a critical affect on whether the clutch is actually disengaged in time. 2) The side stand cutout switch. I have experience that this can do dome pretty weird things when it decides to go wrong; it might not always play up in the wet. Also, forward movement of components under braking could be responsible if the 'right' wire has become bare from rubbing against something else. The movement under braking might then cause that errant bare wire to earth against the frame...... Something to have a look for, at any rate. Good luck!
