Pictures of my Tenere

Hi Guys!

I finaly got around to empty out my digital camera, and while Im at it I figured I would put up some photos of my Tenere in it´s current state.

Since I got my new engine running I have been useing it every day going too and from work, and during the work day for rounds between the work sites It has not missed a beat

It was running a bit lean on higher revs in the beginning but a change of air filter and setting the secound stage carb needle one step higher solved that problem.
One mod that Im really pleased with is moveing the oil cooler away from the tank, and geting more air in around the cylinder head.It has really healped to cool things down.
Still havent had time to fix those Sega panniers, but hopefully I can get started on it this weekend.

Cheers.

Tom.

Yeah it´s a heavy babe:-)

You are right about that Falk´,it´s quite a lump to haul around an enduro track I don´t really use it for anything like that tough.
I mostly go to ride on the smal back roads and trails here. I had a Husaberg 501 back home that I sold before I went abroad to work, that is a bike I really miss. Loads of power and handeld really well

I haven´t been to Iceland (yet) I work for a Danish company that has a branch there so who knows maybe I will end up there some day.

cheers.

Tom

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
