XT600E Acerbis 23L Tank FOR SALE

Hi there

I have an Acerbis 23L Tank to fit an XT600E for sale. It is white in colour with scruffy Yamaha stickers. It has twin fuels taps with hoses fitted, a screw-on Acerbis sealing cap and a mounting bracket to go across the front. The tank fits onto the original rubber bungs each side of the frame and bolts at the rear with a single bolt. You can use your existing seat with it.

This tank has only been used for 9 months and has some minor scratches on it through use but nothing major. A new tank is £300 without the taps and cap! (they are another £35!). If you fancy it, it's yours for a bargain £120 delivered within the UK. I can send photos if you fancy by email or call me on 07734-021720

Cheers
Martin

Sounds like a bargain, I don't think you'll have any trouble selling that.

Those tanks are £200 new, not £300

http://www.racespec.co.uk/rs_shop_final/enter.html (under Plastics > tanks)

All Acerbis tanks come with the taps, screw on cap, hoses, y-piece and the mounting bracket.

Im not usually one to pick holes in ads, but thats cheeky.

Red face Sorry!!

Yes Ted, you're right. I checked and they are now £200 retail from Racespec for a 20L one.

But I was more mislead than trying to be cheeky. I previously priced one of these new and I was told the tank came bare and everything was extra. My mistake for not double checking.

And since I still have no need for it, if anyone wants it and they live near Aberdeen, it's theirs for a £100! This is still a bargain if you need one.

And Andy, if you dont want it now, please let me know. Cheers.

Fair enough dude.

20L and 23L are both £200.

£100 second hand is a bargain for anyone as they last forever.

I think you will get a better price for it on Ebay. I sold one for more second hand than it was selling for new at Touratech.

CRAZY !!!!!!!!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
