3AJ problems list

I have been looking at the KTM page and they have a great resource of biker owners posting what problems they have had and the millage they occured.
I understand that it is bike spcifec (640 adv) but most of us 600 Yams riders are on 3AJ engine if some variation or another (TTR/TTRE/XT/TENNER). I think it gives a great idea of the relavitive reliabality of our machines and also what we might expect in the future, thus alowing parts to be checked/replaced before they wear out and possably creating more problems when they do so.
I am not considering things that have fallen/broken off due to me fiddling. Nore do I include parts that have worn out because of ware and tear such as break pads/tyres etc.

Here we go...

TT600RE 2004. 50'000km
Rear sprocket bearing wore out 49'000km
Has always blown oil vapor out of crank case breather scince I have had it (32'000km now) Never affected the bike adversly performance wise. - (actually keep my chain beautifuly oiled)

Thats it, pretty boring really

This bike has spent up to 80% of its km's loaded up like a tank and ridden overland around the world!
