Schedule and Costs

The event is taking place from Saturday, Feb 27 to Sunday, Feb 28, 2016. Schedule subject to change depending on number of travellers! Event price 65 reais including presentations and Saturday night dinner!

26/02 - Friday

Reception of bikers at Camping Internacional

Food - simple bbq or fish, salad, etc
Costs - US$5,00/person for food + US$ 1,00/beer

Hostel is US$ 12,00/person per night
Camping is US$ 5,00/tent

27/02 - Saturday

09:00 - tour at the Itaipu dam (biggest hydro-electric in the world). Normally you just have tour with a bus paying a fee, we'll get it for free and everyone is allowed to go with their bikes into the dam (need names and registration in advance for entrance procedures).

12:00 lunch at Camping Internacional

15:00: presentations and/or chill out. Policia Federal will talk about road legislation. Immigratio Officer (Federal Police and Customs) will talk about entrance/exit of foreigners and vehicles. Travellers presentations to be confirmed.

21:00 big barbecue (whole rib- 30 kg - slow cooked for 9 hours at the ground surrounded by fire).

Costs: Saturday night BBQ is included in your registration fee!
