I've never been to a meeting, but would love to join in.
I live in Sydney though... Do many people travel that far for the meeting?
I'm in the beginnings of planing an Aussie trip, so I figured it would be a good idea to get to the meeting.
What happens at the meetings? What are they like?

Bonnie;
A lot of riders attend from far away,some last year from Brisbane,Sydney.Melbourne and lots of other places,including international travellers.
My advice is to go,if you do not enjoy the meeting I would be astounded.
There will be presentations of adventures rides,probably first aid lessons,bike preparations etc.

Go. It is not far ... take some time off and take some riding time to go down. A day will have you in the snowy mt. - great riding to be had there. Wind your way down to the Vic. Alps .. even more riding to be done there .. Cricky take the week off! That way you'll not want to go riding Fri/Sat when the talks are on ..

Sounds great!
taking a few days off to get down there sounds like a good idea. I'd hate to do a mad rush down the hume on the friday. My experiences of the Hume hwy are not that interesting. Scary at night too.
Would be interested in tagging along with people coming from Sydney or further north too if anyone is up for that.

Travelers meeting
Hey Bonnie,
I will most likely head to this meeting, for the Adventure and an excuse to take some time off work, I'm also living in Sydney so we could ride together if you like.
