KLR 650,Model 2008 how much KW
Hello again to all biker in Australia and worldwide.
Hope everybody is well and the bikes running.
An other special question about the australian Kawasaki klr 650,Modell 2008.
Can anywhere told me how much KW have this bike,(I think 20kw,27 horsepower)????????
When yes, it's possible to bring it on 37 KW,46-50 horsepower, what I have to change,
is the exaust be drosseled, or the caburator,or the twin chams.
Hopefull in answer, have a nice day, hold your mirrows in the top,Fred.

To get it past the 40hp mark you are going to need a big bore kit 685cc or 700cc check out KLR650.NET - Your Kawasaki KLR650 Resource! KLR650 Forums, Photos, Mods & Tech for more information on this. I did own a 2008 KLR650 but after looking at all what was required plus I'd still need to upgrade suspension I just went out and bought a KTM 990Adv
Cheers,
Dave

I think the rubber to the caburator is smaller or the exaust is in the diameter smaller, but i will contact the australian klr 650 forum, maybe they have exactly infos for me,thanks for your answer,Fred.
