Canadian registered WR250R for sale at Motocamp Bulgaria
Hello,
This is a bit of long shot, but in case someone is looking for this.
I completed a 2 months TET trip through the Balkans in fall 2019. I was with a friend who since then died of cancer. Both our bikes are since then sitting in Motocamp in Idilevo, Bulgaria because of travel restrictions. Mine is still registered (Canada), but my friends bike is not and I'm not sure if I will be able to register it, for now it's status is "abandoned". So this is why I'm only selling my bike at this point, but there might be some solutions to explore for selling the other bike as well.
Both bikes are a bit beat up and in need of good tune up, as you can imagine. I plan to go back in September to fix them up. If there is no options to sell over there I will ride to Belgium and ship back to canada via RORO (got a quote for 1500$, for those who are curious about that). If I find a seller I could go there to fix them up at a date at your convenience. I have to go anyway because I have a bunch of gear over there. The bikes are really well equiped and there's a possibility to transfer stuff from one bike to another. Like my friends bike has a Lynx fairing that we could transfer on mine. My bike has around 45 000 km. The other bike has much less, something like 20 000 km and could be sold as well as a donor bike.
Price would have to be discussed, but let's say I'm looking at something in the low 2000's usd$ for my bike.
Like I said, this is a bit of a long shot, but if this could align with your plans, please reach to me and we can start talking.
For pictures you can look at my blog of that trip at:

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
