A pair of Yamaha WR250R in Punta Arenas/Santiago/BA

Available NOW in Punta Arenas! In a few days will be heading north and the bikes will be in Santiago in another week or so.

We have two (2) motorcycles; 2012 and 2014, Yamaha WR250R with Mosko luggage.

They have successfully taken us from Alaska to Ushuaia with so many incredible detours along the way. Buy one or buy both! $3000 each. Could be somewhat flexible on time and location.

All parts replaced/installed in the motorcycles are good quality. Have full maintenance record.
- One is set up for a lighter shorter rider, the other is close to stock height, sprung for a heavier rider.
- Suspension: GoRace did full rebuild and re-valve to handle rider with luggage and rough roads. Suspension includes fork and shock sleeves to reduce maintenance and prevent seals from leaking.
- One bike is US plated, the other has Canadian plates but has complete paperwork to be registered in the US if you desire (including California).
- Mileage: the shorter bike has 63K miles, but had the complete engine replaced 13K miles ago.
- The taller bike has 89K miles, had the engine rebuilt 23K miles ago.

Each bike has been outfitted with:
- Luggage: Mosko Moto Reckless 80 v3 included, with aux pockets. They show wear, but have been incredibly resilient.
- Aftermarket seats.
- Fuel: IMS 4.7Gal + CamelTank 1.5Gal (~600KM range). Filter sock in the main tank to reduce the amount of debris coming in. We added custom graphics on the front tanks, and can help you set up your own (each cost only $35 to print from Attack Graphics).
- Exhaust: stock (can take a good beating and is quieter than aftermarket)
- DID taillight and blinker assembly that won’t break when falling over.
- Scotts steering damper. It is great help on rough, sandy, rocky roads.
- Lynx fairing and headlight assembly with 2x USB/USBC PD charging ports and RAM mounts.
- Auxiliary lights with a separate switch.
- Magura hydraulic clutch.
- Oxford heated grips.
- Doubletake mirrors.
- SAE adapter to connect heated gear or battery tender.
- Power commander PCFC (fuel programmer).
- Upgraded wider Yamaha foot pegs.
- Rear caliper, front rotor and radiator guards.
- Hand guards and skid plate.
- RAM phone mount.
- Many more accessories you can ask me about.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
