Wanted South America Bike
Open to what it is but atleast 600cc or greater, I like KLR650s and KTM950s. Open to where it is but prefer Santiago but could make Rio, Bogota, Buenos Aires or Sao Paulo work. Have cash in hand. Prefer US titled bikes unless seller knows how to handle the paperwork. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Might reach out to you later but I'll pass for now. Kind of leaning towards a klr or a ktm 690 but yours is priced right.

We all have different views of sizes, cc. One very experienced traveller in SA. Based in Cali. Is convised that Honda XRE 300 is the best travel bike for SA. Depends of course of what roads you use. Pan American or small gravel roads

Totally agree and thank you, yet still looking for a 690 Enduro or KLR650.
The most economical car is a prius or a camry yet life is more fun in lamborghini or an Aston Martin.

Currently in Buenos Aires. Should be in Ushuaia in a week or so. Doing the ride with my buddy. Started in Los Angeles. We both have bikes and are considering selling them in Ushuaia. He has a 2022 Yamaha tenere 700. I have a 2017 f800gs. Both bikes low miles and are pretty tricked out with parts. Message me on WhatsApp if you’re interested. +19259174402

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
