G/Box Again...
Well what a surprise. After three days of riding, on the last of which was about 80kms of dirt tracks with a sprinkling of snow the #%^*&$ bike is jumping out of second gear. Any sugestions as to what has happenned now appreciated, is it stripped? or have I bent a selector, all other gears select and work fine under load. The Parody de Dakar strikes again. Thinking of starting a book with odds on whats wrong.....being a BMW is not an allowable answer.

Well you could just use it as a 4 speed gear box.
As for what is wrong - you'll only find tht out when it is open. So do it.
Oh, and you could fly to Grafton (or Lismore) and hire a car. That would save some time.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
