Most (airhead) people make there own.
Rather than use the foot pegs I simply clamped to the frame, and to the crash bar.
These days you can use T bolt clamps - this gives you a nut/bolt to make a simple mounting point. 2 Clamps on the crash bar, one towards the bike centre, the other to the outside of the bike, and the third clamp on the frame - between the carby and cylinder. Managed some 12 kg load per rack.
Notes ... if you happen to bend the crash bar you don't want the rack to damage the engine... make a weak point/s on the crash bar so it can move backwards but does not let the rack move downwards.

The alternative is throw over panniers on the fuel tank. connect the lower front corners together to stop then lifting up at speed.
