Diadora Mud boots - anyone used them?
I found some Diadora Mud boots in my local motorcross shop - I'd never heard of them before, but they looked reasonably good and are quite comfortable.
Has anyone tried them before? For a trip around Central and South America, I'm tempted between them and the Sidi Couriers.

I use a pair for green laning in the UK and find them quite comfortable the quailty is quite good for the price too though they are not fully waterproof so l use a gortex boot liners with them to keep the water out.

I did 50.000 km in South, Central and north America with those boots. The best equipment I had - highly recommended and comfortable.
I'm actually looking to find a new pair now!

I've seen these close up....
For the price, they seem very good... Nice grippy sole, well made and you can walk in them, unlike many most MX boots..
They don't have the protection of a proper MX boot, although, much better than wearing walking boots...

FYI, these boots are made under a few brand names...
Ebay "ATV boots" and these usually show up in a few guises. All around the £80 mark

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
