I have used this place many times
I do have a friend though that bought thru them and also bought collision (or what ever they call it). He had a wreck and totaled his Harley Road Glide. It took them a LONG time but they actually paid a great price for his wreck. I just buy liability only as I have always been told that the best move if there is a bad wreck is pay up and move along very quickly (BEFORE the cops get involved).
