Google and Apple at war... Which blog app now?
Hi, one for the geek among us.
Up to now I was keeping a blog on google ( Blogger) while on the road.
There used to be an App that allowed me to write and upload photos.
Now this is gone. No App for IOS for .blogger anymore.
Not sure what is happening between Google and Apple. I still can put a post in via Safari or Chrome, but I cannot find my iPad photos to load them.
So I need a new support for blogging on the road and loading pictures.
I registered with Wordpress but it seems I would be limited to 150mb, that would get used quickly if I load lots of photos.
I cannot blog using my website as I need a computer (with Windows!) for that and I don't want to carry the lump!
So , which support do you guys suggest ?
Or how can I load my pictures and continue using Blogger?
Note I have an account with photobucket, but using it I still fail to get the link to show the photo in Blogger
Any suggestion welcome...

I'm not a tech guy .. but one of three photo hosting sites I use is Picasa, a free Google photo hosting site.
Unfortunately, it's being phased out. I haven't looked in detail how the new site will affect me or how it works ... but might be worth reading the explanation in the link below:
Picasa Blog
IIRC, Word Press may have a Pay option where by you can access more MB's if you pay. (not sure on this)
I also use another Pay photo hosting site called Smugmug. It does a lot of stuff, most of which I do not use. I think I pay $25 USD per year. All these sites work fine on my iMac V 10.8 Desk Top and on my Tablet.

Thanks guys.
I have found a way to load photos from Photobucket ( I have an account and paid last year for extra space there)...
But.....
The photobucket app does not allow me to load pictures from my iPad... Useless App.... So I can select existing pictures there and link to blogger but not new ones!
When did all this internet stuff became so useless?

Wow! I loaded the App. 1000GB of storage space! Amazing! Thanks guys for all the suggestions. Definitely few backup plans now
Only 5 weeks before departure so I am stressing a little bit to get all sorted....
Cheers,
