Sorry for the delay as I've been a bit busy through work unfortunately. The chair arrived Last Tuesday (22nd Oct) so ten days from purchase to my doorstep, it was free delivery from HK also. Let me also say I don't have the 'genuine' chair to compare with, just images and videos available on-line.
The chair arrived well packaged and came in this case.

The frame assembles in seconds.

Then stretch the the material over the frame to complete the seat. You can see the frame is a different shade of blue from the one on the material.

The plastic parts where the frame locks into seem well made.

A couple of more angles.

I've got to say I'm pretty please with the chair so far but only time will tell how it will hold up. I sat on it for a few hours yesterday watching the F1 practice (hardcore, I know) giving it a shake and trying to put it under as much stress as my 12st frame could give it but it didn't crack or snap nor did I feel the need to gently lower myself into it.
So is it just an unbranded Helinox? From looking at the pictures on-line I would say not completely, the carry bag and the seat material whilst unbranded look remarkably similar, however its very clear that the frame isn't 'The real McCoy' but still seems up to the job so far.
