If you're after some 8.25x15 XZL's, there's a brand new pair on ebay at the moment, up in Newent, near Gloucester.

Yes, I bought a Dunlop sp111 just after xmas from them to match my exisiting tyres
A set of xzy would be great as a winter set of tyres but not high on my priority list at present as I havn't got rims to put them on and as you can see from the thread thats a whole different problem getting other rims for the Iveco

82.5R16 XZLs fit wonderfully on 6" one piece rims on my wrecked BJ60. I plan to put them on my BJ40 with 4.88 gears and no overdrive.
Incidentally XZYs will NOT make good winter tires, they aren't very good in snow and ice. They are very tough and great for summer desert driving. Being radials with 1 ply steel cord sidewalls they do deflate well for sand. But particularly when worn down they aren't very trustworthy in wet conditions.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
