Might be awkward, since no one knows where you are in the world....but in the Developed World any motorbike shop and/or any pushbike shop will have what you need. In the USA, so will all large department stores (Fred Meyer, Walmart, Sears, etc.) and auto parts stores.
In parts of the Developing World, you might find only materials for hot vulcanized patches, which take more skill and more time.

Alternatively an agricultural shop. they use and carry a wide range of patches and glue, including very large patches.

Let online shopping be your friend, or try Halfords? (the latter are also online).

Rema Tip Top have a huge range. A small kit made by them on Fleabay is currently £9.99.
This is a comprehensive posh kit, including a patch for emergency sidewall repair, not sure about a UK supply though-
Product : Extreme Outback

The bicycle/motorcycle ones can be a little small in patch area for cars/trucks. Useful for pin holes but not rips.
Truck places can have a good selection. The 'case' patches for tyre sidewalls can be useful - even for motorcyclists.
---------------- By all means carry the bicycle/motorcycle one, but for a larger vehicle a truck type kit would be good as well.
The Rema/Tip Top one are good. If you need to restock on the trip - try a tuck stop/truck garage.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
