I've gotta get down to Positano in September for a wedding...

Only campsite we found on the Amalfi coast was just outside Sorrento on the Positano side. Up on the hill, quite a large set up with some coaches in but very spread out and with lots of trees so it was quite quiet and secluded. Got its own access to the water and walking distance into Sorrento. We didn't see anything else as we drove along and Positano doesn't look cheap.

Campsite near Positano
Hi Fletch,
There's a very good campsite in Marina del Cantone - about 10km west of Positano on the coast. can't remember the name. Nice village, good restaurants etc. About 10every morning you can watch the superyachts come around the headland and moor up in the bay.
Oh yes, and TERRIFIC biking roads.
Have fun,
Jojo
