May tour of Cyprus…
May tour of Cyprus…
Hi folks, In May I’ll be back to Cyprus to collect the bike. I have a week with my wife to tour the island starting from Limassol….
Can anyone recommend a ‘must do’ route or things we must see before leaving the island…
Secondly I’m looking for a shipping agent who can help get the bike back to Belgium or the UK
Kindest regards
Matt

Troodos Mountains & Cedar Valley are good if you're on a trailbike of some sort. While you're in the area, Kykkos Monastery is worth a visit.

Marathasa Valley.
Start at 35' 04'13.49N 32' 55'31.87E - head north west - keep going up this road, through the villages until you get to the roundabout 34' 56'59.60N 32' 49'56.46E.
Go hard left, all the way to the top and have a Metrio at the 'brown cafe'. 34' 55'20.25N 32' 52'48.41E.
The coast road from Episkopi to Pafos.
Happy Daze!!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
