Off road in Pas de Calais area France?
Has anyone got any nice trail ride recommendations in the Pas de Calais area?
Garmin routes would be great but any other way would be fine too...

FYI - The Nationality part on the board profile is already filled in automatically - I just didn't alter it, are you always such a patronising meddler? What am I saying..of course you are...! You're obviously the self appointed, opinionated board troll. I'll avoid / ignore your replies from now on by sticking you on my ignore list.
BTW- I'll keep riding trails LEGALLY and responsibly as long as I am able and allowed to do so, if you don't like it - tough.

Agreed, nice trail/pics.Regarding finding which trails are usable in France i'll ask some off-road type friends who live in the Loire valley area if they have a contact in the bit you're interested in.Basically it depends on the local Mairie(the regional mayor/overseer of all things that go on) as to what restrictions or lack of that are imposed on byways,etc....from what i remember last time i was over there, there's an organisation much like the TRF that has all legal routes listed.
Don't pay too much attention to grumpy aunt Dennise....nobody else does.

Thanks Jon, as there are plenty of legal by ways to use in the Uk,it would be nice to see what can be used in France. I think there might be some kind of 'enduro' circuit near to where we will be going, just trying to find details of that.

Anytime
I led the off road tour at the recent HU meeting in Belgium. Those trails are further East but we have a few that we can introduce to a select few fellow GSers
Check out some pictures from that tour here: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...pictures-23131

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
