Suzuki Mechanic Barcelona

Hey folks, in need of a bit of help here. Had a crash there yesterday, into the side of a car (not my fault ), and am in need of new forks for my V-Strom 650. I'm down in Spain now, my bike is going but it's not healthy, this is something I need to fix. I've been trying to call all the dealers near Barcelona with mechanics to see if they can help, my decent/bad gringo spanish is getting me nowhere.
Does anyone at all know of a Suzuki mechanic who might be able to replace my forks, maybe even, just maybe, speaks a little english?
This is a big problem for me, any help would be very much appreciated!

Mick

Ok folks, I finally found a Suzuki dealer to fix up the bike, they've come back to me with a quote for E750. The forks alone costing E450. I was told by a mechanic that tried to straighten them that I would get new forks for about E100 or so each. I've been looking online but I can't find anything about fork prices for a V-Strom 650, but this seems a bit excessive. Does anyone have an idea of the average price of forks in Spain/Europe?
This will really finish off my budget if I've gotta pay this out...
Just looking to know if that's the fair price at all?
Any help would be well appreciated.
Cheers,

Mick

450 Euro sounds ok for parts if they use genuine Suzuki spares ( 2x inner tubes, oil seals, dust seals, maybe bushings and oil). Hope no inner parts are damaged. Downside parts (fittings for brakes and fender) are OK?

You might save some Euro by ordering parts from the aftermarket.
Inner tubes are approx. 150 Euro each.

There is a german wholesaler, they have shops in spain, parts are in stock
in the german warehouse. Let me know if you are interested if there is a shop around your area.

If you can take out the front wheel and the fork legs by yourself, an average mechanic should be able to replace the inner tubes within 1 hour.
Don´t know how bad it looks - but a banana style bended leg should not make the job too difficult. Different job if they are cracked.

Good luck!
