The top 10 motorbike meetings in Europe
Hi friends, my name is Jose and I'm from Portugal. I'm doing a survey work about the bikers communities in Europe.
So, if possible, I would like to have your help in order to create a list, of the 10 best international motorbikes meetings in Europe, classified by you, on a scale 1 to 5.
Thanks for you help
best regards
Jose

I'll chuck in The Bulldog Bash - UK in August. I'll leave it to others to classify it on the 1-5 scale.

2 offerings
1. The Stella Alpina.
It runs every year on the second Sunday in July in Badonechia, but whisper it quietly to keep the numbers manageable.
2. The Moto Piston club meeting in northern Spain around October each year.
Both are 5 out of 5 IMHO, but very different from each other.

Why do you "need" these? Who is the survey you refer to in post #1 for?

What actually classifys as a motorcycle meeting??
In my mind I do a pretty good one most weekends, I text all the Trail riders I know with a starting place and then go for a ride!
I've not done the Farmyard party or Bulldog Bash however I rekon the MT Riders club do some fantastic meetings around the UK every year.
So my question is, for your research to be valid you need to define a motorcycle meeting? Because there are lots of really good little ones all over the place all the time, but then again there are the masive corporate ones where you get to see Iron maiden etc.

PrimusTreffet, north of Oslo, mid February. Never been, but sounds something for the hardy camping in the woods at -20 Deg C or so.

Hope it doesn't go the same way as Cassington bike night near Oxford - been going for over 30yrs and now cancelled because of "health and safety".

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
