HU California 2019 from Sep 26-29 at Yosemite
We're very pleased to announce that the 11th HU California Travellers Meeting is happening at Yosemite Sep 26-29, 2019! Flip Morton is the local host, ably assisted by Craig Haggart, Bill Miner, Karina Guerrieri and a great team of volunteers! Jeff Stewart is the mastermind behind our awesome new skills course - a huge hit in 2018 and we're expecting even more challenges this year!
Mark your calendars, online registration is open now with early bird rates!
Typical comment: "WOW!! A ton of info and $$$ well spent! So many trips, tips, subjects, discussions, questions, answers, experiences, insights... I could go on and on. I will be back, and back, and back. Next time hopefully I can contribute as a presenter. Thanks Grant & Susan"

Update/Change reservation?
Hi guys, I signed up to attend this event from Fri to Sun. Recently I was able to get off work Thursday as well. Is there a way to update my registration and fees to camp Thurs. night and also eat on Friday? Thanks!

Really looking forward to this weekend - weather looks great, and I've finally finished polishing the revamp to my Packing Light presentation, together with the debut of the sequel video featuring highlights from my huge G310GS Adventure last summer!
The Packing Light show-and-tell/Q&A session is scheduled for Friday morning at 11am. I'll be sharing my experience and suggestions for packing light for a typical extended adventure ride with an off-road and trail bias, with my trusty CB500X as the backdrop of course.
Then on Saturday morning (starting at 10am) is a science fiction double feature - Part 1 and [the debut of] Part 2 of my huge trip last summer on the G310GS, featuring highlights of some of the best dual-sport and adventure riding in North America - including sections of the Trans-America Trail, the Moab trail network, some of the best Colorado high passes, and sections of the various BDR routes all over the west and north west. A particular highlight is also my cross country blast to Toronto and back for some off-road riding in Ontario, plus my own exploration route/s through Wyoming and Montana.
As another treat, Juan Browne (Blancolirio on Youtube) will also be attending, and we're planning a couple of afternoon trail rides in the local area.
So if you're already planning on attending, or simply fancy a last minute weekend away in some awesome scenery together with some equally awesome people, do get in touch with the organisation (note that online registration is now closed) with regard to any last minute sign-ups!
Hope to see you there!

No worries about registration - just get there, and we won't turn you away!
(We have to close registration a week ahead so we can get all the paperwork ready so it's easy when you arrive. If you don't register in advance you have a form to fill out, so not a BIG deal )

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
