1. HU mini meeting Bolivia Samaipata
Hi all,
only a month to go ... 21.-23.04.2017 here in Samaipata.
We have the first presenter confirmed:
Frank Lindert, a profesional German photographer and around the world motorcycle traveler will show pictures from his 7 year journey ... and he has only done half of the world yet on his Bmw R100GS. I am sure you have seen some of his picture stories in mc magazines.
More requests came from this travelers, but they are not confirmed.
Tom and Lobke from The Moto-Nomads: Tom + Lob on and off the road. Franzi riding a Bmw 650 Dakar around South America. Rodolfo Datsch from the Bikers Help Desk in Foz de Iguazzu. Gerry from US riding a KLR south.
Maybe one of our club members will do a presentation about Bolivia, the altiplano, the most dangerous road in the world and he will answer your questions about petrol stations here.
See you soon, and pls let us know if you are coming so we can plan for food/drinks.
Saludos mika

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
