I see online booking has closed now. Can we pay for the meal package at the gate, or do I need to fill my panniers with snacks?!! Looking forward to the event really enjoyed last years.

limited meals available without pre-booking
kaplan,
Glad you had a good time last year, and hopefully this year will be even better.
There will be some additional meal packages available for purchase at the event, so provided you don't arrive too late, you will be catered for.
In fact I'll reserve you a meal package now, just let the folks on the reg desk know what the arrangement is.
Look forward to seeing you there.

Laura,
Great to hear you'll be coming, no problem at all on reserving meal tickets, we'll have two set aside for you.
Grub was hard work last year. We're handing over to the professionals this time!
See you in a couple of days

Nice one Iain, see you there.
Cheers Bonniebird, it has been hard work I tell thee!
Plenty of kind folk helping out makes all the difference though, thanks to all the volunteers that are giving their time to make the event happen.

All packed and ready to hit the road around three-ish. Sending up an advance party in the form of a rather tall lady to pitch up and start the ball rolling. Sorry that I will be turning up on my recently demoted fave bike (the GS), I was dying to rock up on the "Trip" XL that nearly got me to India...!! Good to see another Cornish contingent heading Mendip way Rossi..!! Looking forward to this event immensely Gabe,
Cheers Mez ( ....and Anna )

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
