Hi All

You will notice the slight change in title, that's because we have been offered the most fabulous location to hold this mini meet, in the beautiful South West of Scotland, about 12 miles north west of Dumfries, it's not too far over the border. (I am a Scottish lass living in Northumberland and I actually live slightly further north than this location!)

Our hosts for the weekend will be Andy & Maya, some of you may have went to their talk at Ripley to hear about their sidecar trip in South America. The meet will be on the weekend of 27th/28th October - apologies to those who have already said they can't make that weekend.

They have plenty room for any number of people who would like to attend, just bring your tent as normal. Food will be provided over the weekend and the costs shared between those who attend. They are prepared to organise the drink (, lager) for Friday & Saturday night but we will need to know what your tipple is. If you would prefer to bring your own, that's ok just let us know.

There are plenty good roads and gravel trails in the vicinity for a ride out and the scenery is beautiful.

I hope that you can come along and that we might get a few of the Scottish brigade coming along.
