Sorry...
Sorry chaps - up and about to come down this morning - but I'm afraid that to enjoy my wanderings on the bike I have to do as the wife tells me... so this morning we are going and looking at cars (for her) yuck.
Have fun and think if me in the Mazda garage talking MPG please!

Ace Cafe
It went very well! Quite a lot of people turned up in the end, although with some arriving and others leaving it is difficult to know how many!
Lots of very interesting bikes, set up, tips to see! The "spiritual son " of McGyver (spell?) was there. Amazing what you can do with plastic boxes, glue, strings and a lot of imagination! Interesting bike! Not sure who it was! Maybe ukKev?
It was nice to meet some familiar faces, and some new ones! As usual time went quickly and I never got the chance to talk to all the people I wanted to talk to!
We'll have to do a repeat at Spring then!
Paul_r, I got your msg and saw your update on shipping from Cartagena! Thanks! Useful info!

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
