Highland Mini Meet 3
Hi Folks
Angus and I have just got our heads together to set a date for Highland Mini Meet, and have decided on weekend beginning Friday 18th May 2012.
As per the last two years All are welcome - very informal just a few tents pitched at Cannich Campsite and probably a ride out on the Saturday. We haven't fine tuned the details yet but will work this out as we go along.
Given a bit more notice this year - so people can get time off work and save up their money !
Look forward to seeing some old faces and meeting new friends
Bruce and Angus

Its marked in the diary and on the calendar, now to figure out a way to get a day off or maybe even a few days holiday.

Oh Bugger
Chizz, Angus, sadly I cant make it to this one as my other half has booked for the pair of us to go to Memphis during the meet. I hope you all have a great time. Last year was one of the best meets I have ever been to and the ride out was nothing short of spectacular.
To any one thinking of going watch out for the Cannich bull run and get the boys to take you up to Applecross, it is breathtaking.
I look forward to seeing the photos on here.
Regards as ever

Hi Bruce & Angus,
It's looking good for me for the Highlands mini meet (although probably not for Chris), although I may arrive late on the Friday as I'm doing a CPD course on the Friday afternoon and I don't know what time it finishes at. Will let you know once I do!
Jake - let me know if you want somewhere to stay on your way up on the Thursday to break up the journey... we now have a very comfy sofa bed with a proper mattress (maybe better for your back?). Is Kieran coming to this meet or did he run away to Germany?
Looking forward to seeing everyone again and to meeting new people!

hey fella's,
Alex, you got the bicycle bug ? :-) If the weather is clear you can short-cut over the Corrieyairack, which is nothing compared to the Rannoch Moor epic we did. I did 4 days in the Pyrenees this weekend, a long route with an unexpected 1000 m off road climb in the middle !
good to see this meet still going strong. sadly it's a bit far from Barcelona, and it's 23 degrees here ;-)
enjoy the s....
