Looking back...
Hi everyone!
Just wanted to say I enjoyed my first HU meeting a lot! I am so glad I decided to come to Ireland, it is absolutely beautifull and I felt very welcomed everywhere I went! The weather was a nice extra. Definitely visit Ireland again in the future!
The meeting was very nice, interesting presentations, good laughs, lovely people and even some nice dancing...
Looking forward to and happily planning my first big trip, I have a lot of insecurity and questions as well, but the presentations and talking to everyone has given me more confidence... Good to talk to people with the same interests and ideas on (the definition of) adventure and travelling.
Very encouraging... Go girl go!
Big thanks to everyone!
Greetings from Belgium!
Heidi

Having reached home after almost 11 000 kilometers, and taken a little breather to clean up some work and service the bike, a belated big thank you to the organizers, presenters, cooks and attendees for the wonderful everything!
Not insignificantly, big thanks to aos sí, or whoever it was responsible for the fantastic weather during my stay in Ireland.
Looking forward to meeting all of you on the road someday somewhere!

Yup! Just over on the right hand side, under "Next HU Events" is a listing of all the events to come - Ireland: July 18-20
Registration will open by end November, after we get home from over two months on the road to events and get a little caught up.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
