Zig-zagging around the world in 2 years -- support for charity for children
I've been riding for a week or so with Theo Schlaghecken who is has been on the road for 18 months through 31 countries.
While traveling, he is doing projects helping children throughout the world like writing a financial plan for a school for blind children in Tibet, buying a house in Vietnam for one of the poorest families in a village, and building playground in Guatemala.
He is using his website to raise money by selling Kilometers of his trip. So far he's raised US$25,000 that goes ONLY to support his projects for the kids. The hotels, gasoline, and drinks are self-financed .
His site is in German and has some brilliant photos and emotional stories from his trip.
We're currently in Granada, Nicaragua heading south to Costa Rica in a few days.
His website is Willkommen | World-tourer.de
