Hi
In Fes we spent a night in Hôtel Dalila & Ranna, in bab oued zhoun, cheap but clean, close to the medina there is a place in front where you can let your bike at a small park for mopeds with a guardian ( negociate the price ).
In Marrakech we stayed at Hotel Toulousain ( I'm living near to Toulouse ) cheap and clean too, they are hotels well known by backpackers.

Toulousian - Marrakech
I can reccommend the Touliousian in Marrakech having stayed there earlier this year. The accom is basic with own bathroom and reasonably clean. There is a courtyard where the bike will be safe. Some of the Ibis hotels have secure parking so worth checking them out; you can expect European standards and prices (about 50 Euros per night) some have bar and pool so your g'friend should be happy.
have fun !

Dalila now closed (November 2016)
Just a note to anyone looking at this page : Pension Dalila is now closed and for sale. There is a hotel right next door called Hôtel Bab Al Medina with a man who used to work at Dalila. It is the same idea, you park your bike outside with the watchman. There is hot water, ok wifi and breakfast included. We are 3ppl and just negociated for 300mad for 1 night in a shared room.
