I think you will be fine. The road south from Marrakech is great until I think around Asni but even after that is perfectly ridable and sealed all the way. Some of the corners turned from tarmac to concrete and had some gravel on them but as long as you take it easy nothing to worry about. There was one small water.crossing just before ijoukak which was only about three metres wide. I stopped before crossing and it was quite gravelly but bird got through fine. After that the tarmac was good quality so you can focus on the hairpin bends etc. Once over the summit it was a bit rough.for.approx 8kms, gravel/sealed but after that it looks like it had just been resurfaced and I had a great fun heading down the other side. In summary its not the sort of mountain pass you hoon up but rather treat with caution. One thing I did have to be careful with was on comming traffic. In some sections there is only one lane of sealed road with dirt either side. The cars expect you to move over on to the dirt but I just stood my ground. Keep and eye on what is coming towards you and avoid passing the other car on the corners. In general the bird was fine in Morocco on the open road but through towns it can get a bit gravelly and bumpy. Enjoy it. Your holiday. I loved the place, even on a pocket rocket lol...just a shame I lost the duck!!
