KTM dealer in Morocco
Is there an official KTM dealer in Morocco?
My target is service and spares.
KTM webpage led me to:
Mondial Motors
Address:
100 Rue Ibn Habbous Maarif Extension
Casablanca
Tel: 0021222251021
Fax: 0021222251044
E-Mail: mondial.motors@wanadoopro.ma
but their webpage doesn't feature KTM :confused1: and mentions different phone/fax numbers than above
Thank you!

I have never found an official dealer before, but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist!
If no-one on HUBB can confirm, you could try sending an email to MotoAventures or Peter from Bikers Home, both of whom have a number of KTMs and will know for sure.

Wilderness wheels also run KTMs and have workshops in both Marrakech and Ouarzazate so might be willing / able to sort you out

I have a feeling I have seen one in Tangier - need to check with the wife who is blessed with total memory recall.
What ever you do don't get parts flown in through Cassablanca or anywhere for that matter without declaring a miniimum value and state as gift. New parts attract a 200% import tax and the customs at the airport will seize untill you pay them a massive bribe for them to tipex a zero off the value- been there, done that and wasted 8 hours - they know you are screwed without the parts.

there is, but would recommend moto plus any day before the dealer, well they flog brand new ktm's so they gotta be the one, been there for at least the last two years since i've known about it's existence. close to the big mosque in casa, just a street up, tel:+212 522203541. worth a try if you're in need of some genuine parts i guess, if they have any.
met a Spaniard today riding a 640ADV and he had his bike repaired at the dealer in Casa after a serious crash when he entered Morocco, he was very satisfied with their service and said they weren't too expensive either.

Hi, Got my service done in Casablanca at KTM before heading down the west coast of Africa. I drove around for a couple of hours at rush hour trying to find the place as I didn't have the GPS coordinates. You can find the dealer near the french school: N 33 35.820' W 007 38.137' Redouane the mechanic was really helpful. Hope this helps!

How to find Moto Plus in Casablanca
Not at all easy, due to the gridlocked traffic and one-way streets, see Moto Plus for bike spares in Morocco

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
