If you get your ticket from the office near the supermarket where all the european motorhomes park and stock up on food, they will fill the form in for you, and you could ask them to put your name and your dad's on the form.
Not at all guaranteed, but i had similar problem because we use a german company as a proxy for owning our german reg motorhome, and the Moroccan customs picked up on it. I had a sales receipt in German which wasn't much use so in the end he told me to write my name under the company name.
Probably a risk relying on that, but a letter from the owner giving you permission to drive the vehicle withfull details of the vehicle and your full name address and passport number might work. Otherwise you have to hope they are asleep and I didn't get that impression.
There were a heap of pests wanting to help with the formalities, so perhaps one of them could swing it for you too.
Difficult situation and if they send youback it is a return ferry fare for nothing

There's no problem, done this many times. You just need a letter of permission from the registers keeper of the vehicle, specifically givng you clearance. Make it look as professional as possible by including full names, dates of birth and passport numbers. For the vehicle, include the registration and VIN numbers and date of first registration. Include proposed dates of entry and exit to Morocco if possible. You can also complete a D16ter online using these details with you as the named driver.
Happy trails,
Peter

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
