I've paid as little as 25dh/tyre but without your economies of scale. 25dh x 12 tyres is 300dh which is several days wages, so I would be looking at about 150 dh all in. Let us know how you get on...
Whilst you're waiting, 150m to the south on the next roundabout down, is Cafe Riafa which brews the nicest coffee in Morocco—ask for 'nus nus' (half milk, half coffee). Also has great cakes.
