any bike events in Europe at the start of September
Does anybody know of a bike rally or any other motorcycle event taking place in Europe at the start of September, I am on a touring holiday then and would tailor my route to take in a interesting event.

Yes there is
North wild forest 17-19 Sep in Lapland
It's inside of the triangle Kemijärvi, Rovaniemi and Sodankylä.
It's middle of nowhere and there is only water and fire and lot of friendly and funny adventures bikers.
Normally jabs are arriving all ready on Thursday and leaving on Monday.
There is also army tents where is normally place for foreign roamers.
Some of the jabs normally make reindeer stew and brown bear soup for Saturday lunch

Thank you
Thank you to those who have replied to this, I can see 1 or 2 events which fit in with our still to be decided route but don't let that stop anybody suggesting anything else.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
