We did that (from Switzerland) and made one mistake: We didn't order the tyres before we left. There are a lot of tyre shops all over in south Spain but they usaly have scooter and road bike tyres on stock. But it's no problem if you order in advance. We had to wait 1 1/2 days for them.
We changed ours in a shop in Gibraltor, very nice people and a very nice place to visit though. Can post contact info if interested (the advantage of Gibraltor is that they're speaking English...). Paid apox. 90£ british for my knobly Pireli set (can't remember exact type) and aprox 200£ for mates M66 set.
There is also a KTM shop in Ceuta (Spain on the other site of the wather). Don't know wheter they have tyres, no English. No tyres in Morocco at all, no one exept the police is riding bikes.
Have a good trip, Morocco is incredible! Stay in the "Lac du Saha" when you're in Merzouga. Travel light!
