Guinea-Bissau to Denmark on a DT125
I have the dream about driving my old Yamaha DT125 back to Denmark.
I have lived in Guinea-Bissau since September 2015 and I've been driving around West Africa on my bike. I've drove 7.500 km through Guinea Conakry, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia and Senegal. I haven't drove a bike before I came to Africa but buying a motorcycle seems to be the best decision ever I am planing to drive from Bissau around the end of march or beging of april.
Is it safe to drive alone? I reasonly had a couchsurfer how drove from Spain to Bissau on his bicycle.. So I guess it's relatively safe? I haven't had any problems so fare and people have always been friendly and helpful.
Do anybody have any suggestions for spare parts to bring? I am currently home to have a operation done so I really want to buy what ever I need while in Europe.
Driving from Guinea-Bissau to Saint Louis/Rosso is no problem and I know to roads very well. But I've never been to Mauritania, Western Sahara or Morrocco and I would like to hear from anyone who have experience with driving through those countries. Anything to be aware of or things to avoid.
Thanks
Kristian
