Xander- I have no sufficiently up to date information- all I can offer is this-
1- Transit visas have been available at the border but do get 'stopped' for a variety of reasons- it is a risk you take to be turned around if they refuse and it is a long way to Rabat back is that happens-
2- to be sure of entry, I would suggest you stop in Rabat and get them there. It's on the way!
If you arrive at opening time you should be able to get it back the next day- Be aware of Fridays as they are only open until 11am due to Prayers- then are closed until Monday- so time it to arrive in Rabat on Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday for best chance of next day.
