. I've bought myself a 2004 Harley Davidson Electra Glide (currently going through the pain of local registration) and intend riding back to the UK next year. Routes currently available appear to be by Ferry from Misrata to Turkey or Ferry from Tunis to Italy and then head across Europe. Has anyone else used either of these routes? The other issue I am having to consider is that the bike will on a Libyan registration so sorting insurance for the trip may be challenging. Any advice gratefully received.
