Registration Fee: $65 per Attendee
(Registration Site will be Up and Active by April 1st. You'll have an option to add a donation to the local trail/riding club, Timberline Trail-riders, and any left-over funds from the general account will be donated to them as well.)

Registration Pays For: AMA Sanctioning and Insurance, Group Site Fees, Grocery Bill for 5 Meals and Swag. (Camping, RV, Cabins, Motel.....your responsibility and this is a BYOB event.)

Our group, negotiated rate is $10 per person, per night for tent camping. When you call, mention you are coming in with ADVRider West Fest to get the group rate. The tent/block/group rate will be held until April 15th. After that.....normal pricing which is about $40 a night per tent.

If you want any of the cabins, you need to call quickly, as they will go very, very fast.
There is no discounts on cabins and RV spots, because they are in such high demand.

The whole back of the property, including along the river and under the trees is reserved for West Fest, all of the Open Parking Area.

If you want a Motel, it's up to you.....there are several in town.
