Air freight from Japan is VERY expensive.
I doubt that you will find anyone who can give you a reasonable price, but you might try this company:
AIR SEA EXPRESS
3-7-6 Kyobashi Chuo-Ku, Tokyo
Tel: +81-3 3538 6660 (outside Japan) / 03 -3538-6660 (inside Japan)
Mr. Izuru Takahashi
izuru_takahashi [AT] asej [DOT] co [DOT] jp
Note that Mr. Takahashi has been known to be very slow at replying to e-mail. You might want to call if you are in a hurry. Are you in Japan now?

I think Korea will be cheaper, though still MUCH more expensive than sea, if you're not in a hurry. We shipped Vladivostok to Hamburg.

I was looking for such a transport myself in the last 3 month. I wrote to at least 12 companies for sea freight from Japan to Europe (Hamburg, Rotterdamm etc.).
At the end I found Interfracht in Hamburg who made me a fair deal to ship my motorbike in a container from Tokyo to Hamburg.
The Agent there is responding quickly and it seems very uncomplicated.
I don't know if they ship to Finland, just ask the agent. His email address is t.karrasch (at) interfracht.de

Can I ask how much it's gonna cost you all together per bike?

It cost me USD 1300 to Yuri in Vladivostok. Plus a bit for him to transfer my bike from the container from Magadan, and a bit in Hamburg. I was in a container with five or so other bikes, including a Finn, but there were more Germans. So ended up collecting from there even though the ship docked first at Southampton!

Interfracht is definitely the way to go!
Other bikers who came to Japan used them and had nothing to complain!
