Korean Riders in Stans
Yesterday I was told by a Korean HUBBer , a European BWW rider was killed in Mongolia,, just after they said farewell,, few weeks back.
Several Korean bikers returned home recently, in the middle of their journey, with various injuries.
A young Korean couple , Vegabond and Atom are, in Osh,,getting ready for the Pamir.
They have been cycling now for 8 months,,Australia, SE Asia, China,, on their way to Europe.
Please keep an eye out for them.

The bicycle couple ,, Vegabond and Atom are in Wakhan Valley ,, ran out of the water ,, a HUBBer on an Adventurer gave them his own water. They were moved. They are reporting tons of bicycle riders through the Pamir.
A Korean rider, who had an accident in Siberia , returned home,, just passed away, while recovering, from his injuries.
Adbang went from Dong Hae to Irkutz and back in 12 days. Just arrived back Donghae,, with a Swiss biker, who is shipping out to Alaska. Adbang is riding front, to guide him to Wendy's office, in Seoul as we speak.
One rider just arrived Ulan Ude and is attending Ruskie Baikal bike fest. One is transiting Turkey ,,, one came out in Latvia ,, one in Spain,, one is in Serbia ,, another one in Hungary. They are all avoiding Ukraine.
Ah ,, sad sad Ukraine,, all those faces I remember ,, is haunting me now.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
