Sorry but don't understand what your question is.

Anyway, visa for Uzbekistan and Tadjikistan are no problem at all.

here is the answer today Consulate in Istanbul

If you pass though Istanbul, we can issue you a tourist visa here in about thirty minutes. You will need to bring two photos, fill an application form and pay $50. Regarding your vehicle, we don't know the procedure for crossing the border with your car. And about GBAO, permission for that is issued only at the MFA of TJ in Dushanbe, TJ. No consulates or embassies issue it.

Well lets hope not as what about people who enter via Kyrgyzstan and enter the GBAO (Pamir) first via the Pamir highway, if the tajik consulate in Istanbul is stating that now you can only get a GBAO permit in Dushanbe and not at no other consulates or embassies now then this will mean people can only enter the GBAO region via West Tajikistan............????

Maybe this has something to do with the Pamir being closed last year for a few weeks as some consulates or embassies would issue this permit and some would not so maybe they have put this GBAO permit solely under the control of Dushanbe....?

Would be good for someone to confirm this before everyone starts heading out this way later this year

I don't think Istanbul is speaking for all embassies, there are embassies, that never issued GBAO and embassies, that have the GBAO on the website. Even if you would have to enter the Pamir without the GBAO over Kyzyl Art, I think you would get through and ask in Khorog or Murghab about it.

We got our visa for Tajikistan in Istanbul in april and the above information is correct. Half an our work nog GBAO.... You need the 50 dollar per person in cash. At the bank is an ATM where you can probably get it from, we already had it with us.
Have a good trip!

I take it your will be going via Turkey then as you head to Iran?

If so Tajik embassy in Istanbul same day services.

You will need 2 photos for each applicant along with a letter stating your request to visit Tajikistan. You can get the photos at a shop which is about 500 meters from the embassy

As you step out the embassy turn right then take your next left down to a main road and turn right, about 100-150 meters on your left across the other side of the road is a wedding photo shop who do photos there

As for the letter i hand write one in the embassy no problems

Don't forget to ask for a GBAO Pamir permit also as this is a separate stamp

Cant remember the exact cost sorry, don't remember it being much

The visa was done overnight which gave enough time to chill out and enjoy what the city has to offer

The GBAO permit in Dushanbe was very cheap as we used the 'bank trick'

how get your gbao permit cheap

Again this was done overnight, we stayed in a cheap little hostel, facilities not amazing but had internet, a kitchen to cook and was a hot spot for other travelers
