For sale is my Land Rover Discovery 300tdi. It is fully expedition ready and has a long list of extras to go with it. We've returned from 6 months driving the London to Cape Town route.
The Land Rover is in great condition, the chassis and rear floor are spotless and the interior and exterior are in excellent condition for a '94 reg landy. Very tidy, with minor marks. It has recently had a brand new engine head, water pump, new alternator, new steering arm ball joints, new rear wishbone ball joint. It has a 11 MONTHS MOT (with no advisories) and is currently SORN. It is mechanically sound and runs great! It is fantastic to drive. It has been regularly serviced, every 4000 miles, and has been very well looked after. I am only the third owner.
It is kitted and ready for an expedition or camping trip anywhere.
A few little niggles are: a small rust hole inside the drivers side front wheel arch, a couple small patches of rust on the rear bumper, some of the window tinting has started to peel in the corners of the rear window from the heat in Sudan. There's also a bit of dashboard curl on the passenger side.
This is genuinely a solid expedition vehicle and will take you anywhere you want to go.
