For Sale: 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ75 Station-Wagon with Camper Cell on Chassis

My hubby and I are looking to expand our family and so, sadly, will likely have to part with our faithful vehicle (only 2 passengers in the registration). Bruno has been traveling around the world with this vehicle for 18 years, and it's his second wife (he treats it so, so well).

Toyota Land Cruiser BJ75 from 1988, 3B engine nearly 600 000Km. No problem for few hundred thousand more because almost all kms in open spaces (Patagonia, Alaska, Sahara, etc.) so gear box hasn’t taken a beating.

Vehicle matriculated in France but hasn't passed technical control since 1998 because it wasn't in France and was later cut in half and a box has been put on the back without Toyota's approval. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HOMOLOGATING AND REGISTERING THE VEHICLE.

Aluminium/polyurethane 40mm panels box. Inside dimension: L 270cm X l 200cm X h 170cm.
Permanent bed 190cm X 120cm.
Total weight roughly 3 tons.
This cruiser fits in a high cube container (already done 2 trips inside HC container, see pictures in link)

Ready to go sold with everything in place:
2 solar panels, 110 watts (new from September 2015) and 70 watts, regulator, 100 amps solar battery.
32 litres Engel fridge
Erberspacher heater D2 + Easy-start Command + Altitude compensator (worked fine on Salar de Uyuni, (+4,000m) Bolivia)
Maxondes Long-range Wifi Antennae kit
24 volts ARB (CKMA24) compressor, (this cruiser is 24v) new from September 2015, never used…
Air-conditioned powered by R12 gas. Gas need to be changed, this R12 isn’t allowed anymore in Europe
Reinforced suspensions
Old Man Emue shock absorbers
Firestone air suspensions
New roof Thule ventilator
Big awning 3.5m long from Howling Moon South Africa
Lots of Land Cruiser spare parts never use like relays, Edic system, motor fuel control, regulator, computer emission control etc…

ONLY WILLING TO SELL TO TRAVELERS - WE WANT TOTOYAYA TO KEEP BEING USED FOR TRAVEL!!

Currently in France, so hoping to sell it in Europe. Price negotiable, send us an offer...

Visit our website, Wandering Footsteps, for more info and pics.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
