Four years later... but still an excellent service.

I emailed them and got a reply quickly (and in English!) from Roberto. They have just changed my tyres (they even had AVON Distanzia!) and could not have been more helpful. Roberto let me use their wi-fi and gave me endless cups of coffee. They are very excited about my trip and have "sponsored me" by not charging for the labour. See if you can get a deal like that in Europe.

Roberto has just proudly put a sticker on my panniers and has given me two little jars of visor spray. (I haven't the heart to tell him I already have two!)

They even cleaned the whole bike as well.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. And riding through Mexico city isn't half as bad as I thought it would be.

Motohaus is the only real choice in Mex City for BMW. The had a Suzuki dealership for a couple of years and the service was exceptional. They had to close the Suzuki which was a real shame as it was on my way to work and I would frequently stop by to get things I needed.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
